Annette Mpundu Chipeleme

Annette Mpundu Chipeleme has been Director of Organisation and Trade Union Development for Zambia Congress of Trade Unions, the most representative trade union Federation, since 2014, a position she is currently holding. She has worked in the same Organisation as Deputy Director for Human Resource and Administration. With 29 years of trade union experience, Annette is charged with the responsibility of the growth of affiliate trade unions through recruitment. From 2017 to 2020 Annette served as a Worker Member of the ILO Governing Body and got re-elected for the current term 2021-2024.
