Florence Willie

Ms. Willie, a Lawyer by profession, is specialized in human resource management, industrial relations, employment, and labour law.
She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Employers’ Federation of Papua New Guinea.  Prior to this role, Ms. Willie was employed as a practicing lawyer with the Australian law firm, Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers (now Ashurst Lawyers).

She is a Board Director of the largest superannuation fund in her country – The National Superannuation Fund Limited Board of Trustees. She sits as Chair of the PNG National Skills Development Agency and is a Member of the ACP-EU Follow Up Committee of the European Economic Social Committee (ESSC) for the Pacific region as an employer representative.
