Henriette Tshimuanga Minchiabo Mutombo

Ms Minchiabo Mutombo is currently the Focal Point for Child Employment and Labour and, in this capacity, she has chaired since 2006 the National Committee to Combat the Worst Forms of Child Labour, having developed and implemented the 2012-2020 National Action Plan. She also represents the Ministry on the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Fight against the Worst Forms of Child Labour in Artisanal Mines and Artisanal Mining Sites with the duties of Vice-President.
