Panneau de haut niveau: Comment accélérer les progrès et avoir un impact à grande échelle

This high-level panel will focus on the strategies and actions that need to be taken to eliminate child labour and accelerate progress towards achieving SDG Target 8.7. It will explore good practices and successful strategies that have been adopted by stakeholders in the last four years and more, including partnerships and collaborative initiatives, innovative solutions knowledge sharing and South to South collaboration, and how global priorities can be localized and implemented at the country level. The panellists will share their perspectives on practical issues and challenges as well, discussing how the negative impact of the Covid – 19 pandemic can be offset, while also speaking to the challenges identified in Panel 1.

Panellists will be encouraged to touch upon one or more of the cross-cutting issues such as digitalization, financing for the development and elimination of child labour, leveraging technology including educational technology, and closing the digital divide.
