Cecilia Flores

Cecilia Flores is the President of the Peruvian Institute of Business and Human Rights, representative of the National Confederation of Private Business Institutions, and Employers’ Focal Point of the Regional Initiative Latin America and the Caribbean Free of Child Labour. Corporate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in the legal management of private and public organizations; she is executive president of the Peruvian Institute of Business and Human Rights -IPEDHU (www.ipedhu.org) promotes responsible business conduct in Peru and president of WOMEN CEO Peru an association that promotes women’s leadership.
