Social Finance Officer at International Labour Organization

Based in Côte d’Ivoire, Edgar supports the financial sector to contribute to the ILO’s Decent Work Agenda. He also provides technical support to the ACCEL AFRICA Project on financial innovation working at the intersection between financial inclusion and child labour. Edgar holds a master's degree in rural development for southern countries and an engineering diploma in agriculture, both from Montpellier SupAgro in France. He is Peruvian and speaks Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
