Mr. Roberto Padilha Guimarães has started his labour inspector career in 2007. He has a bachelor’s degree in Law and a postgraduation in Labour Law. His considerable experience includes training of labour inspectors in Brazil and participation in international technical cooperation with other countries. He is the author of academic articles on labour law. Roberto represents Brazil in many instances, such as: Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), Regional Iniciative Latin America and the Caribbean Free of Child Labour, and Execution Unit of The Regional Plan for The Eradication of Child Labour in MERCOSUL.
