Pilar Rodríguez holds an MSc in Education, Politics and Development from the University of Bristol and a Master in Governance and Human Development from the Open University of Catalonia/International Institute of Governance, as well as a Postgraduate in Formulation, Management, and Evaluation of Development Projects. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a manager of technical cooperation development programs in Latin America, Asia, and Africa for multilateral agencies (UNOPS, IFAD, OEI), bilateral (AECID), and NGOs (MSF, Humanity, and Inclusion (HI)among others) in key areas such as the fight against poverty, the promotion of social justice and the defense of fundamental rights with an emphasis on education, always in order to incorporate into the benefits of sustainable development the traditionally excluded population groups and the most vulnerable, mainly children and adolescents.
