Ms Angelina Lunga is the Child Labour Coordinator for the Zimbabwe Teachers’ Association (ZIMTA) in Zimbabwe.
Angelina, a trade unionist, by birth and inclination, is a trained high school teacher, administrator, adult educator and a paralegal. She is a holder of a Masters Degree in Educational Management. Angelina is the Human Resources, Training and Development Officer for ZIMTA based at its Head Office in Harare.
Her duties, mainly, include, initiating; planning; implementing, monitoring and evaluating development Cooperation Projects. Over the years, she has gained experience being in charge of the Union’s member education, member support and Development Cooperation Projects.
The session explains how the profession and education unions have acted decisively to ensure an inclusive education recovery from the unprecedented Covid crisis.
